Is it OK for teens to text in class? Should parents be texting their kids whilst they r at school? Should mobiles be on during school hours?

According to a new survey by the texting app textPlus, 43% of teens text in class.Who are they texting with? Everyone from their parents (66%) to their friends who are sitting right there in class with them (52%), and very few of them (only about 1 in 5) get caught in the act.
